1.The client agrees to pay a non refundable registration fee of £25.00 and a monthly service charge it's services. The monthly service charge will cost £30.00 if it is paid by direct debit or £40.00 if paid by cash or cheque and this is due at the beginning of each month.

2.The client agrees to pay both the agency and the cleaner for as long as they use the cleaner recommended by the agency.

3.The Client MUST settle their account with the Agency promptly once they receive the invoice for the service provided to them by the agency.

4.The client will be Invoiced on a Monthly basis for the agency fee. This may be paid by Cash or Cheque

5.All Invoices MUST be paid within seven calendar days or the agency may levy a surcharge £5.00 a week for any outstanding balance due on the Invoice.

6.If the Cleaner turns up for a scheduled appointment and is not able to perform the cleaning duties, the client will be responsible for paying the cleaner a minimum fee equivalent to two hours work. You are therefore advised to cancel any booking well in advance.

If a Client wishes to terminate the services provided by a Cleaner or terminate this Agreement the Client must give the Agency at least 24 hours notice prior to the Cleaner's next scheduled service. Failure to provide notice in accordance with this clause will result in the Client being charged half the Agency Fee that would have been payable had the Cleaner provided the services on the next scheduled occasion for performing such services

Your cleaner will carry out whatever tasks you require cleaning, Ironing, washing windows, polishing silver etc at times to suit you.

Our prices are competitive and our cleaners are well trained.

The price is as follows:

Service cost is subject to signing a Cleaning Service Agreement with Gen122 services.
A minimum of 3 hours per cleaning visit applies. Your cleaners wage is paid directly by you on the day that the work is performed and the hourly rate consists of a wage and a pro-rata payment for holiday pay. You are not obliged to pay your cleaner for time when they are away on holiday.

The Client agrees to provide a list of tasks and all cleaning materials and equipment needed for the required work, unless other arrangements have been made with Gen122 Services.

Please Note:
All cleaning equipment should be safe and in full working order. All cleaners are given information by the agency on safety precautions and other matters.

If the cleaner needs to collect keys from a third party's address outside the postal code of the premises where work is to be carried out then a £10 charge may apply.

The client understands that the price quoted is not for a "package deal" and does not include anything apart from Cleaning and Ironing.

Gen122 Services reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the client's original requirements change. The Agency acts as a temporary and permanent staff agent in introducing temporary and permanent Cleaners. Therefore the temporary/permanentCleaners are not employed by the Agency directly or indirectly but are self employed.

The Client MUST NOT PASS THE DETAILS OF THE CLEANER TO A THIRD PARTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENGAGING IN PRIVATE WORK.

There will be no variation or change of these Terms and Conditions unless approved in writing by the Agency.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
