Aupair / Nanny

Gen122 Services acts as an introduction agency introducing Au Pairs to host families in the UK. Engagement of any applicant through the agency constitutes an acceptance of the following terms and conditions whether or not the family application form has been signed by the host family.

1. The agency's fees are due in full within 48 hours of the acceptance by a prospective host family of one of the agency's applicants. A verbal acceptance is binding and will give rise to a cancellation charge after 3 working days.(see clause 4)

2. The agency's registration fee structure for Au Pair/Plus & Mothers help is as follows with a £50 non-refundable deposit which Should be paid when your registration form is submitted:

3. Each placement involves a fixed cost to the agency, for this reason, once an Au Pair has been booked & paid for by the family, no refund will be available. If a family cancels more than 3 working days after having made a firm offer to the Au Pair , whether oral or written, and after having confirmed this offer by telephone or in writing to the agency and agreed to forward the relevant documents and payment, the full fee will become payable.

4. If an Au Pair fails to arrive, the agency will offer an alternative applicant without any further charge, ideally within a maximum of 4 weeks for a non-driver and 6 weeks for a driver. CLEANERS

Agency's Obligations
Gen122 Services acts as an introduction agency between clients and cleaners.

1.The agency agrees to introduce a cleaner that has being thoroughly vetted through our interviewing procedure which includes checking their references; police checks can be provided on request.
Our Criteria is that they produce the following:-

    . ID usually in the form of a Passport or ID card
    . 2 Proofs of address
    . 2 Written References which we follow up
    . Applicants must be able to communicate in English language
    . Necessary work permits
    . Applicants must attend and pass our training program.

2.While the Agency takes great care in selecting the right Cleaner for our clients, however the client shall be solely responsible for satisfying themselves as to the suitability of the cleaner.

3. The Agency endeavours to ensure that a high standard of work, Integrity and reliability is always maintained by the Cleaner.
